Overview

As Founder of TipTrackr Inc, I lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a software platform built to modernize how nail salons operate and compensate technicians.

The product focuses on transparent tip tracking, accurate payouts, and operational workflows that reduce manual work and eliminate pay disputes.

I own the full lifecycle of the product, from customer discovery and UX design to frontend and backend architecture, deployment, and continuous iteration.
TipTrackr is live in production and actively used in a real nail salon environment, processing approximately 500–1,000 transactions per week with real operational and financial data.

The platform is designed to scale across multi-location salons while remaining simple enough for daily use by owners, managers, and technicians.

I continuously ship new features based on real-world usage, including payout previews, payment method breakdowns, expense tracking, reporting, and operational safeguards to ensure data accuracy and trust.

Building TipTrackr has required balancing product strategy, technical execution, and business realities, resulting in a practical, production-ready system grounded in real customer needs rather than theoretical workflows.
